CITY OF HAWLEY: Phase 3 Project work to begin on Monday, May 2, 2022.
The initial week will involve the reclaiming of the 7 blocks remaining for utility replacement. Reclaiming of the roadways will consist of the grinding of the existing pavement to a gravel like surface, which will be packed back down so that vehicle traffic can resume until utility replacement starts.
