City of St. Stephen issued the following announcement on Sept. 29.
Notice is hereby given that the St. Stephen City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 2, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 2 Sixth Avenue SE, St. Stephen, Minnesota to consider the following:
A request by Laure Lanz-Fuerstenberg to rezone her property, 303 11th St SW, from R1 (Single Family Residence) to RR1 (Rural Residential).
Anyone wishing to comment on the proposed request will be heard at this hearing or you may send your written comments (should be received no later than Monday, September 30, 2019) to:
