City of Atwater issued the following announcement on Oct. 16.
What is A Trunk-or-treat, you may be asking?
It's when several families get together at the church building, park their cars on the parking lot, opem]n up trunks of their cars, and kids come around to each car to Trunk-or-treat instead of going to house to house to trick-or-treat.
