City of Atwater issued the following announcement on Dec. 18.
The Splash Pad Community Member Committee and Atwater Lions Club are planning the construction of a Splash Pad at Centennial Park. The goal is to raise $200,000 in cash and in-kind donations to complete the construction of the Splash Pad.
