City of Alexandria issued the following announcement on Jan. 29.
UCAN would like to extend a huge congratulations to all of the businesses that completed the Mayor's Peace Challenge! Certificates were handed out at the City Council meeting to the following businesses:

Lake Community Church
Douglas County Sheriff's Office
Alexandria Technical and Community College
Tastefully Simple (not pictured) and
Hampton Inn and Suites (not pictured)
