City of Audubon issued the following announcement on Feb. 11.
Congratulations to Sunnyside Care Center for achieving a five star status across the board from The State of Minnesota! Sunnyside is in the top 4% of nursing homes in the state that achieved five stars in health inspections, staffing levels, quality measures and overall. Please help us celebrate and congratulate the team members at Sunnyside on this amazing accomplishment!!
