CITY OF ALEXANDRIA: Residents Of Fire Damaged Homes Still Looking For Permanent Housing

City of Alexandria issued the following announcement on March 5

The City of Alexandria is grateful for the community support that has happened since the devastating fire on February 25th. There is still an ongoing need for housing for 4 cases of displaced residents.

The need is for 1 bedroom or efficiency apartments for under $600/month. Assisting with this work is West Central Minnesota Community Action and you can reach out to Brenna at their office 320-304-3458 regarding available units.

Also assisting with the relocation efforts is Sharing and Caring Hands. They have household items for the relocation of these people. If you have items for donation, feel free to reach out to them at 320-760-8084.
