City of Appleton issued the following announcement on Oct. 5.
Don’t let the flu get you or your family down this season. A flu shot is the best protection against illness, which is why we are offering a flu shot clinic!
Many preventive immunizations are covered 100% (at no charge) by most health plans. Check with your health insurance carrier to identify what is covered with your plan.
Now more than ever, protect yourself, your family, and your community from the flu!
This year's flu clinic will be held in the Education Room (lower level of Care Center). All persons will be screened upon entering and social distancing rules will apply. Please bring your insurance card. If you do not have insurance, the fee will need to be paid at the time of registration.
