City Of Barnesville issued the following announcement on Nov. 3.
Clay County's annual "Take Jack Back" is underway! Pumpkins should not go in the trash but should be composted! The program runs from Monday, November 2 - Sunday, November 15. The Barnesville Recycling Center is one of the drop-off locations.
Look for the special pumpkin bins. Painted pumpkins, candles and decorations are prohibited.
