City Of Atwater issued the following announcement on Dec. 17.
Our Residents are amazing in the last 2 days we have had 2 random acts of kindness. These young boys brought in gifts they purchased with their own money. The other Atwater resident wanted to make sure the donation bins were overflowing. We are so thankful for their donations to the City of Atwater Fire/Police Holiday toy drive.
