Of the 1,086 people living in Parkers Prairie in 2019, 45.4 percent (493) were women and 54.6 percent (593) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the WC Minnesota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 309-to-263. In the 65 and over age range, there were 156 females and 101 males.
