Of the 246 people living in Kensington in 2019, 52.8 percent (130) were women and 47.2 percent (116) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the WC Minnesota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 88-to-72. In the 65 and over age range, there were 26 females and nine males.
