Of the 78 people living in Comstock in 2019, 37.2 percent (29) were women and 62.8 percent (49) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the WC Minnesota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 33-to-16. In the 65 and over age range, there were eight females and seven males.
