Census Bureau: More women than men in Appleton in 2019

Of the 1,412 people living in Appleton in 2019, 51.7 percent (730) were women and 48.3 percent (682) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the WC Minnesota News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 383-to-381. In the 65 and over age range, there were 210 females and 141 males.
