City Of Kent issued the following announcement on Mar. 10.
**STOW STREET BRIDGE**
You may see orange barrels lining one side of the bridge edge on Stow Street. This is to keep traffic loads off a beam that is starting to show signs of wear. The bridge is safe and two-way, two-lane traffic will be maintained. The barrels will remain until a more permanent solution is found.
