Systems Support Technician
Starting salary is $23.36 hourly, Full Time, M-F, 8-4:30 p.m.

The Systems Support Technician provides technical support and problem resolution for Douglas County computer and network systems, including desktops, servers, printers, and network devices. Analyzes user hardware, software, and network operating systems to ensure systems are operating properly and at optimal performance. Initiates corrective action to resolve any problems, or refers problems to the appropriate internal or external resource. Requires the exercise of independent judgment while assisting technology users.
