City Of Barnesville issued the following announcement on Jan. 27.
Thanks to everyone who came out to the Boys Basketball Game last night - with so many folks wearing their red Giving Hearts Day shirts! The Silent Auction put on by the Philanthropy and Youth group - headed up by Susie Duval and Holly Inniger raised $4,000 for this year's Giving Hearts Day project - the remodeling of the former Legion building into community space!
Tomorrow; Saturday, January 28 is another opportunity to help Giving Hearts Day thanks to the generosity of Mark and Nancy Klein, owners of Barnesville Grocery!
