This position is responsible for the various maintenance and building management tasks for the Hjemkomst Center including opening the building, preparing the facility for staff and customer arrival, cleaning the facility, setting up for meetings, monitoring the HVAC system using digital control software, and maintaining the grounds. Additionally, this person will assist customers as needed in the absence of the Facility Coordinator and Parks Director. Boiler’s license preferred. Training will be provided.
Hours: Monday-Friday, days with occasional early evenings. Flexible. Approximately 20-30 hours per week. Occasional weekends may be needed for assistance with festivals, boiler checks or snow removal.
Salary: $18-$19.60/hour
