Rep. Michelle Fischbach, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Minnesota’s 7th district since 2021, has recently shared her perspectives on several key issues via social media posts. The congresswoman, who succeeded Collin Peterson and previously served in the Minnesota Senate, voiced her opinions on international cooperation regarding border security and domestic fiscal responsibility.

On February 7, 2025, Rep. Fischbach commented on efforts by President Biden to address border security concerns with neighboring countries. She stated that "@POTUS is holding our partners accountable for their roles in the insecurity at our borders and the fentanyl epidemic, and I am glad to see Mexico and Canada coming to the table to do their part."

In another post dated February 8, 2025, she addressed financial accountability within government agencies. She remarked that "The abuse of taxpayer dollars being uncovered at USAID is exactly what @POTUS and @HouseGOP are here to stop." This statement reflects ongoing concerns about governmental spending practices.

Later that day, Rep. Fischbach shared her involvement in a significant event for military personnel. She expressed her honor in delivering a keynote speech at a graduation ceremony: "I was honored to deliver the keynote address for the MEPS graduating class. I look forward to working with you all someday soon!"
