Rep. Michelle Fischbach, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Minnesota’s 7th district, has been vocal about her legislative priorities in recent social media posts. Her comments reflect a focus on economic issues and policy changes.

On February 16, Fischbach criticized the previous administration for its emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs. She stated: "The last Administration focused way too much time, energy, and TAXPAYER DOLLARS on woke DEI programming. Republicans heard the American people loud and clear in November, and we are done wasting taxpayer dollars." She further announced her co-sponsorship of the Dismantle DEI Act aimed at prohibiting such expenditures.

On February 17, she addressed trade concerns by highlighting the U.S. trade deficit's near $1 trillion mark last year. In particular, she noted a significant increase in the deficit with China: "The U.S. trade deficit nearly hit $1 trillion last year, with the deficit with China growing 10%, harming American workers." She emphasized efforts by House Republicans and President Biden to enhance job creation and strengthen America's competitive position globally.

By February 18, Fischbach expressed support for domestic energy initiatives through legislative action: "I’m proud to co-sponsor @RepPeteStauber’s Superior National Forest Restoration Act." This act aims to improve U.S. energy security while fostering economic development within Minnesota.
