Michelle Fischbach, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Minnesota's 7th district, has been active on social media expressing her views and engagements. On March 7, 2025, Fischbach shared an update about her meeting with the Minnesota Rural Water Association. She stated, "The @MnRuralWater was in my office and they shared with me all their accomplishments for Minnesota’s water and wastewater systems over the last year. We also discussed which programs are important for them to provide clean drinking water and safe wastewater removal."
