Rep. Michelle Fischbach, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Minnesota's 7th district, shared her recent activities and priorities through a series of tweets. Fischbach has been an active voice since replacing former U.S. Congress member Collin Peterson in 2021.
On March 12, 2025, Rep. Fischbach announced that "Yesterday, @houseGOP voted to fully fund the government, including veterans, child nutrition, public safety, and more." She criticized Democrats for voting against these measures and attempting to shut down the government.
Later on the same day, she expressed her appreciation for meeting with representatives from Minnesota broadcasters who visited Washington D.C., noting their discussions on legislative priorities such as "the AM Radio for Every Vehicle Act, the Local Radio Freedom Act, and advertising deductibility."
The following day on March 13, Rep. Fischbach called upon high school artists from her district by inviting them to participate in a competition to have their artwork displayed at the U.S. Capitol: "Calling high school artists across #MN07! Submit your work for a chance to be displayed in the U.S. Capitol."
