Michelle Fischbach shares key updates on Twitter about award, faith, and legislation

Michelle Fischbach, a U.S. Congress representative for Minnesota’s 7th district, recently shared three significant updates on her Twitter account. Fischbach, who replaced Collin Peterson in 2021, has been active in discussing her accomplishments and engagements via social media.

On April 17, 2025, Fischbach expressed her gratitude for being recognized by LeadingAge. She stated, "It is a true honor to receive LeadingAge’s Public Official of the Year award. I am proud to have your support for my work in Congress. Thank you!"

Following that, on April 18, 2025, Fischbach reflected on the significance of Good Friday. She tweeted, "I pray that we can all remember His ultimate sacrifice on this Good Friday and find peace through His love."

On April 19, 2025, Fischbach discussed legislative matters relating to the Motorcycle Industry Council. She noted, "The Motorcycle Industry Council has been working to make sure motorcycling is fun, responsible, and safe since 1914. I got to talk to them about legislation that matters to them, like manufacturing tax credits, right-to-repair, and the Recreational Trails Program."

Michelle Fischbach, aged 57 and hailing from Woodbury, Minnesota, currently resides in Regal. She is an alumna of St. Cloud State University, having graduated in 1989 with a BA, and she obtained a JD from William Mitchell College of Law in 2011.
