On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Perham Senior High School standout Noah Rooney’s current college team, the Minnesota Golden Gophers, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Houston Cougars.

The game took place at Schroeder Park. This was their second matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Golden Gophers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. at Schroeder Park against Houston Cougars.
