On Friday, March 21, former New London-Spicer Senior High School standout Luke Ruter’s current college team, the Southwest Minnesota State Mustangs, won 8-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Bemidji State Beavers.

The game took place at Legion Field. This was their first matchup against the Beavers this season.

The Mustangs’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 3:20 p.m. at Legion Field against Bemidji State Beavers.
