On Wednesday, April 16, former Perham Senior High School standout Noah Rooney’s college team won in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Wednesday, April 16, former Perham Senior High School standout Noah Rooney’s current college team, the Minnesota Golden Gophers, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the South Dakota State Jackrabbits.

The game took place at Siebert Field. This was their second matchup against the Jackrabbits this season.

The Golden Gophers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 6 p.m. at Bainton Field against Rutgers Scarlet Knights.
