On August 25, 2025, Fischbach posted about meeting with the Minnesota Corn Growers Association: "I had to have some sweet corn ice cream while chatting with @mncorn at this year’s Farmfest! Thank you for discussing your industry and the work you are doing for farmers."
Later that day, she referenced a conversation about rural investment policy: "At the @CompeerFinance tent at Farmfest, we chatted about the Investing in Rural America Act and how it helps farmers."

Michelle Fischbach has represented Minnesota's 7th congressional district since 2021 after succeeding Collin Peterson. Before her tenure in Congress, she served in the Minnesota Senate from 2017 to 2018. Born in Woodbury, Minnesota in 1965, Fischbach resides in Regal and holds degrees from St. Cloud State University and William Mitchell College of Law.
