Michelle Fischbach marks Labor Day with messages honoring workers and local events

Rep. Michelle Fischbach, U.S. Congresswoman representing Minnesota’s 7th district since 2021, shared several updates on social media during Labor Day 2025, highlighting her engagement with constituents and participation in local events.

In a post published on September 1, 2025, Fischbach acknowledged the significance of Labor Day, stating, "Labor Day in the United States was established to celebrate and appreciate the American worker. This weekend as you spend time with family and friends, let’s take a moment and appreciate the backbone of America!"

Later that day, she shared her appreciation for her district by posting, "A beautiful day to be out in the Seventh District!" on September 1, 2025.

On the same date, Fischbach attended a local agricultural event and thanked those involved: "This morning I attended Breakfast on the Farm in Pope County. Thank you to Malecha Enterprises for hosting this year’s event!"

Michelle Fischbach has represented Minnesota’s 7th congressional district since succeeding Collin Peterson in 2021. She previously served in the Minnesota Senate from 2017 to 2018. Born in Woodbury, Minnesota in 1965 and currently residing in Regal at age 57, Fischbach holds degrees from St. Cloud State University (BA) and William Mitchell College of Law (JD).
