Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach, who represents Minnesota’s 7th district in the U.S. House of Representatives, has received the Defender of Limited Government Award from the Institute of Legislative Analysis (ILA). The award recognizes her voting record and alignment with conservative principles.
"I was honored to receive the Defender of Limited Government Award from the Institute for Legislative Analysis," said Congresswoman Fischbach. "I am proud to have a voting record that defends the principles of limited government within the Constitution and am thankful to ILA for their recognition."

Born in Woodbury, Minnesota in 1965, Fischbach is currently 57 years old and resides in Regal. She graduated from St. Cloud State University with a BA in 1989 and earned a JD from William Mitchell College of Law in 2011.
