City of Alexandria issued the following announcement on Dec. 4.
The plows are going out now, they will work on clearing streets as much as possible during this storm. Please do your best to keep cars off the street, that helps immensely. Please stay safe, warm. We will plow until about 5:00 pm today. We will be out again clearing tomorrow.
