While the situation remains fluid, here are the latest updates related to city services as of 8:00 am on March 30, 2020.

City Hall 320-763-6678
City Hall will remain open, but closed to public foot traffic. Staff can assist you by phone or email. A complete list of employees: https://alexandriamn.city/city-staff-contacts/
Police Department 320-763-6631
The lobby at the Alexandria Police Department will be closed to public foot traffic. It will continue to be staffed from 8 am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday. The interior vestibule will be open and warm. There is a phone on that wall that will direct you to assistance. Please remember, if you have an emergency, call 9-1-1
Fire Station 320-808-3590
The Fire Station is closed to public foot traffic. Please ring the doorbell or call the station and staff can assist you.
Liquor Stores Downtown Store 320-763-5404

At this time, both liquor stores will remain open.
Revised hours are:
Monday – Saturday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday – CLOSED
We strongly encourage customers to practice social distancing in the store.
Public Works – Streets 320-815-8430
The Street Department will remain open, but closed to public foot traffic. Staff can assist you by phone or email.
Public Works – Parks 320-760-2928
The Park Department will remain open, but closed to public foot traffic. Staff can assist you by phone or email. City Park playgrounds are closed.
Runestone Community Center 320-298-0319
The RCC is closed. It will remain closed until April 15, 2020. Staff can assist you by phone or email.
Airport 320-760-7175
The airport, KAXN, is in “unattended” airport status. The terminal/AD building will be locked to the public. Keycard access to the building and fueling services are available to pilots. Please contact airport manager directly at the number above for airport assistance.
