5 coaches at institution in Douglas County earned $5,941 on average in 2022

Douglas County’s five coaches earned an average salary of $5,941 in 2022, according to the U.S. Department of Education.

This is the lowest average salary per county earned by coaches at Minnesota post-secondary schools during 2022.

Douglas County is home to just one post-secondary school which paid coaches during 2022.

The average salary for both men and women coaches was $6,767 at institution.

Research from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management found NCAA coaches are compensated like CEOs, with top coaches earning more than $1.5 million annually.
