On Saturday, April 12, former New London-Spicer Senior High School standout Luke Ruter’s current college team, the Southwest Minnesota State Mustangs, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Legion Field. This was their first matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Mustangs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 3:35 p.m. at Legion Field against Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagles.
