Over the course of one year, artists, creatives, culture bearers and makers in the Hawley area will be supported to lead small projects addressing downtown Hawley’s past, present and future, with the goal of gathering people and building relationships, creating a sense of pride and possibility, and attracting visitors into the downtown.
Every student deserves a school counselor to help with academic achievement strategies, managing emotions and applying interpersonal skills, and planning for postsecondary options.
These positions will be mostly full-time temporary positions with a few part-time positions. Lifeguards will need to be lifeguard certified. Starting wage $11.75/hr for Lifeguards and $10.50/hr for cashiers.

The Silent Auction put on by the Philanthropy and Youth group - headed up by Susie Duval and Holly Inniger raised $4,000 for this year's Giving Hearts Day project - the remodeling of the former Legion building into community space!
This past Friday, 25 students from Brandon-Evansville competed in the Region 7 contests, and from there, we have 15 who are advancing to State! And several of them placed in multiple contests!
